CBUS 311 is your one-stop-shop for City of Columbus services.

Are you aware of CBUS 311, the central platform for all non-emergency services from the City of Columbus? This is the best place to inform the City about certain needs in our community that City officials are responsible for.

Over the years, our association has encouraged residents to contact the City via the 311 service to inform officials about malfunctioning lights and overgrown trees/shrubs along street curbs. (As President John says, “the squeaky wheel gets the grease!”) However, it extends far beyond those purposes; with CBUS 311, you can submit service requests, access news and updates, and browse a knowledge base containing articles and City code information.

Take some time this week to check out all that CBUS 311 has to offer, and use the service to notify the City of the ways they can help your household or our community. Here are the various ways you can access the service:
