Sharon Woods Blvd Resurfacing & New Bike Lane

We just received an update from the City of Columbus about imminent changes to Sharon Woods Blvd:

“Resurfacing work will take place in the next week, pending weather conditions. The attached flyer outlines the limits of the two‑way bike lane, highlights project benefits, and includes a brief FAQ for residents regarding trash collection. This flyer is also being distributed to homes along Sharon Woods Blvd.”

Here is a project overview statement from the City:

“The City of Columbus will install a dedicated two-way bike lane on the east side of Sharon Woods Blvd for safe bicycle travel to neighborhood and other destinations, including Beechcroft High School, Northgate Intermediate School, Beechcroft and Northgate parks and area churches. On-street parking will remain on the west side.”
